Virtual and Mobile PT Services

Woman in telehealth consultation

Descriptions and Pricing

Initial Evaluation:

The initial consult includes gathering a thorough history of the problem, comprehensive testing and screening, identifying your goals, extensive education on the condition, and introducing a treatment plan.

*2-hour skilled virtual consult: $200*

Follow-Up Visit:

Follow-up visits are used to continue introducing and developing treatment strategies, tracking your progress, and answering questions that come up along the way.  The purpose is to help you develop the necessary tools to independently manage symptoms and participate in life!

Note: An initial consult is required prior to follow-up visits.

*1-hour skilled follow-up: $120+ depending on virtual vs distance traveled for mobile services*

*This is a cash-pay practice.

I can provide a superbill for evaluations and follow-up visits, allowing you to submit it to your insurance if they cover out-of-network providers. The resulting cost often ends up being similar to a typical copay.  You need to check with your insurance for specific details.

Note: Unfortunately, I cannot serve Medicare and Medicaid recipients due to these insurances' restrictions/regulations in regard to this clinical model.

If you are experiencing extreme, financial hardship and don't have access to insurance coverage, please reach out to me to discuss a feasible payment plan for you!
